Cameo photo heads used by cameos.js

Each file is a 512x512 RGBA head cutout (hair and ears included, cut at the
jaw, hard alpha edge for alphaTest 0.5). The cutouts were made locally with
OpenCV GrabCut seeded by hand-placed outlines, then cropped and scaled.
No generative/AI processing was applied. The photographs were not otherwise
retouched.
